Letha Sgritta McDowell joined Oast & Hook in June of 2005. She concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, Medicaid asset protection and tax. She graduated from Purdue University in 2001, then received her JD from the University of Maine School of Law in May of 2004. While in law school she spent a semester at Wake Forest University to concentrate on tax law. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Estate Planning Section and Tax Section.
